A wire section’s design has a significant impact on formation besides the headbox. It is formed of a sheet of fiber mat and a wire drained from the suspension jet in the Headbox uniformly. Approximately 1% of the fibers are present in the suspension jet of the Headbox and approximately 20% are present at the end of the wire section.
