Fourdrinier Paper Machine Manufacturer
Scan Machineries offers all kinds of Fourdrinier Paper Machines to produce different paper grades of varying gsm for our customers located all over the globe. We design and manufacture all the machine elements required for dewatering, formation improvement and wire support for different types of wire sections. The Fourdrinier is a paper machine moving, horizontal, fine mesh woven wire cloth or plastic fabric forming a web on which the pulp slurry is deposited. The fiber is picked up by the wire which forms a continuous belt at the breast roll from the headbox. It runs over the table rolls, foils, suction boxes, and then over a couch roll where the web of paper fibers leave the Fourdrinier table.
Paper Machine Fourdrinier process :
The fourdrinier wire section of the paper machine is a classical method of web forming. Usually, the fourdrinier is equipped with a forming board, foils and table rolls, wet suction boxes, and suction rolls. Drainage proceeds in the direction of gravity. Wire shaking with the help of a breast roll improves formation and vibrates the wire horizontally in the cross machine direction. The wire continues around the couch roll under the machine to the breast roll where more pulp fibers from the headbox are received. The position and tension of the wire are controlled by special rolls. Fourdriniers are still widely used all over the globe to produce different grades of paper. Scan Machineries can help and assit you in selecting the right tailor made unique solution just for you and your mill.
